Marketing Assistant

Minnick's HVAC, Plumbing, & Insulation of Laurel, Maryland is seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant for our rapidly growing HVAC company. Our Marketing Assistant will provide support to our Marketing Department by coordinating campaigns and assisting with administrative tasks. Do you have exceptional people skills? A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING ASSISTANT

You will look forward to coming to work each day ready to brainstorm and strategize with our vibrant Marketing Department. You will plan and deliver promotional presentations, implement marketing strategies and execute campaigns. As an expert in your field, you will be the key to sustaining relationships with clients and building our company's presence in the market. You will compose content for Minnick's website and social media accounts with your strong knowledge of SEO and analytics.

You are great at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized. You see what needs to be done and get it done. Your organizational skills will help you to perform a variety of administrative tasks as well as update spreadsheets and enter information into our database. Interacting with people will be your favorite part of your job! Your energetic, outgoing, and professional disposition comes through in all your interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role

Education in marketing, business or relevant field is a plus!

Solid knowledge of office administration and marketing principles

Fantastic multi-tasking abilities

Strong experience with MS Office, CRM tools, online analytics, and Google Adwords

Mad communication and people skills!

High School Diploma

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a schedule Monday-Friday, 8 a.m-5 p.m. We do have occasional events which require some weekend work.
