A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative and Helper

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a dynamic team by assisting in scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching field technicians so that they can accomplish the highest quality service calls every time. Your position will require dedication, quick thinking, reliability, and consistency. You will convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments by giving consistent, quality service in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will also respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote our brand with the utmost professionalism, establishing customer rapport and encouraging repeat business. In addition, you will be required to assist in returning parts, running supplies to and from supply house, and occasionally delivering equipment to technicians on the job.
