Minnick's is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator and Dispatcher IN OUR Laurel, MD office. We are Looking for the right contributing team member for this Valuable role. You Will Be Responsible for:

  • Handling Inbound customer Inquiries via phone and email.
  • Engaging and Building Relationships With Customers.
  • Maintaining and collecting customer information based on Our internal Guidelines
  • Coordinating schedule for service technicians based on customer NEEDS
  • Reaching out to our current and past customers to offer our services. 

What should you bring to the role?

  1. High school diploma or Equivalent;
  2. At Least 2 Years of Experience in dispatch and/or operations Experience, preferred;
  3. At Least 2 Years of Experience in customer service role;
  4. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
  5. Excellent Communication skills Written and verbal;
  6. Demonstrates effective Organization and time management skills.
  7. Self-starter Who demonstrates thorough attention to detail and Exercises Good Judgments and discretion;
  8. Ability to work flexible work hours;
  9. Ability to distinguish wherein Situation Between the Urgency Required and wherein isn't;
  10. Ability to project confidence, CLARITY, and humility.
  11. Proficient in the-use technologies of a Windows-based computer operating system and Microsoft office package;
  12. Experience using client relationship management (CRM) software, Such as Service as Titan, preferred;
  13. Experience in a Professional Environment office preferred.
